I just had an appointment for a garbage disposal check and replacement with Lantz's Lakeside Plumbing. These guys were extremely professional and got the job done correctly and quickly. I'd highly recommend them and I'd also request their employee named Chris who did a great job and was a very polite and professional guy and we'll certainly call for him again personally should we need the work. We had a grinder pump stop working and emailed their support late at night. They contacted me first thing the next morning. A crew iwas at my door by 10 AM. The job turned into an all day affair. Every part that could've been bad with the system had to be replaced. They had three different service technicians working on our house at the same time to finish it up after dark. You just don't find that kind of customer service anymore.
We have had to use Lant'z 3 times to clean up work that should have been done correctly the first time by other plumber's! The first time our hot water heater blew a couple of years ago at 6:00am...at 6:30 they were here! This week our grinder pump had issues...the first plumber put in a really bad system with set-up incorrect. Lantz's did it right this time! These guys do a good job and they do it right! Thank you Lantz for another great job! Highly recommend!
They busted a pipe when repairing something else, wouldn't own up to it. I posted a picture of the damage, they had Facebook take it down. This all happened around 7/20/2015. I'm sure they're fine when jobs go as planned.
I called on Tuesday after hours and left a message. Wednesday morning I didn't get a call back so I called Lantz back. They said they don't really do much with Septic but would send someone out that afternoon to look at the pump to see if they could help and if not they couldn't they would put me in touch with someone that could help me.
