RecommendedI just signed a lease and have nothing but positive things to say about the staff. They were VERY knowledgeable, polite, and genuine. They want to you get what you want which is important. They will be completely transparent with you which is refreshing coming from out of state. You will be extremely pleased with renting here. I can say no other place in Durham can offer what they do for the price and staff satisfaction. Excited to be at Bull House!

they have NO control over the vandals that Tresspass at the Rec Center on a regular basis. Good thing that these " Luxury Apartments " charge you so much for rent that they can keep buying new Rec center stuff when people come in after hours and treat the rec center like a mosh pit. they charge so much for rent here that they can even afford to make deals with a courtesy officer that does Nothing
