I’ve lived here for 5 years and love the apartment and amenities. The staff is fantastic.
Working appliances! Get rid of ROACHES! have professional clears come in and scrub all sidewalks and breezes ways. Have a maintenance crew just to clean property daily. Clean the gross pools ! Make this community something your tenants appreciate buying out their nose for and would keep their apartments and living space clean! Stop paying for food trucks! And use money to get rid of animals getting into valet trash cans!
they have NO control over the vandals that Tresspass at the Rec Center on a regular basis. Good thing that these " Luxury Apartments " charge you so much for rent that they can keep buying new Rec center stuff when people come in after hours and treat the rec center like a mosh pit. they charge so much for rent here that they can even afford to make deals with a courtesy officer that does Nothing
The community is absolutely wonderful!! All the amenities and services you would want to live with. Amazing and wonderful staff; from the leasing office and the great maintenance guys, you are so warmly welcomed. I love this place. You will too!!
