Shopped around Odessa area for weeks. Took a look at Asturia , what a pleasant surprise. Buildings are well kept , amenities are all up to date and the best part was the staff. Millye is the best. So warm and friendly , really works hard to understand and get you what you want. Very patient with me ( I gave her a workout going from building to building ) and dedicated to getting me what I want. A fantastic experience. Millye is the best.

I recently toured Lantower Asturia and had a great experience! Ashley was wonderful—super friendly, informative, and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. The community itself is absolutely beautiful, with well-maintained amenities and a peaceful, upscale vibe. Definitely one of the best places I’ve visited!

Residing in this location has presented numerous challenges. Initial fees were not fully disclosed, and the quality of the dog parks is horrible, with waste scattered across the premises. Additionally, a $25 service charge is applied for package retrieval in case of absence. It is questionable why one would order packages when not present. Furthermore, residents are subjected to warnings and potential consequences for leaving garbage outside their units post-collection time.
