They did the job OKAY but overcharged me for a job that took them 15 minutes to complete. I do not recommend this company.
This is my second experience with this company from a home warranty company. They were very professional and knew exactly what the problem was both times and, explained and repaired them quickly. They tested their work and it, like them, was great!
Chosen by my home warranty company. Both plumbers arrived as scheduled. Seemed rushed like they had better place to be. They mentioned that they don't like dealing with home warranty's They did clear part of the clog but did not clear entirely. tried calling back but when they realized it was me they hung up in my face (no issue when they came out 1st time so i was surprised), called them right back & went straight to voicemail! Great service with a smile. My home warranty company sent these guys to my house today. They successfully repaired 2 toilets that were driving my water bill up and fixed my outside hose faucet. The outside faucet wasn't covered by my home warranty but they gave me a fair price and completed the work promptly
DO NO USE THIS COMPANY. The plumber lied to my warranty company stating that my water pipe in the garage froze which was why the the faucet would not shut off the water when turned off. This is a problem that started in the summer and there is no way possible that my pipes had ever been frozen in the last 5 years I have lived in this house. This resulted in a denial to have my warranty company to fix the leak.
Before i even start, i only selected the one star because YP requested me to do so however, they dont even deserve the one and ut was only to get the word out as to how this company does business even before they get to your home. My mother called their website number on sat. And left a message and in matter of minutes the lady called back. Called them late last night about a busted gas water heater. They came out here today and had the old one out and the new one in lickety split. Very skilled, knowledgable, and super friendly!!! I had an amazing experience with Lanthorn's and will definitely call them in future for all of my plumbing needs.
Showed up on time gave me price up front and it didn't change it when work was done Was not over priced for what they fixed, they will be first plumber i call next time
