I was “treated” by her due to a Workers Comp injury years ago. I have reviewed her many times and the posts mysteriously disappear?!? Suffice it to say that I was treated as a fraud; I was 89 pounds and prescribed 28 pills in a 24 hour period by her. I have never recovered. I have copies of all records.
