This place has gone completely downhill ever since Kellie left. She was the only person who genuinely cared about this community and it really shows now that she’s gone. These days, you have to call a million times just to get a maintenance request put in, and even then no one ever shows up. The pool hasn’t been open once all summer, and the office never answers the phone anymore. The level of care and professionalism here is nonexistent now — very disappointing.
