It is actually a dream of mine to own a facility like this someday. You should be very proud of what you do and your residence and their families are truly blessed!
Became a caregiver a year ago, was promised to be put at caregiver wages after my 90 day probation period since I switched over from the dietary department, never received caregiver wages after a year of being in that position, was fired as a caregiver but was making dietary wages, always understaffed, lost 60 hours of deserved vacation because we were "short-staffed" on second shift.
