The staff at the Lantern is absolutely amazing. Every single employee goes above and beyond to ensure that your loved ones needs are met on a personal level. The environment is amazingly clean and has all the comforts of home. A healthy menu allows residents to pick what they would prefer to eat daily along with snacks offered around the clock. I love being part of a team that cares so deeply for what we do! It isn't just a job, it's a way of life and how everyone should be treated. With dignity and compassion. We strive to treat everyone with the same love we treat our families with. I would recommend this facility for a job seeker and for a family looking for a safe place for their loved one.
I love working here! I LOVE OUR CLIENTS! I have been here for 5 years. I have been in kitchen, housekeeping and now I’m in laundry. Everyone here from management to nursing to caregiving to maintenance and housekeeping are all so good to work with. We all work together as a team to make sure our clients are well taken care off. I couldn’t ask for a better company to work for!
Understaffed facility that leads to lack of care, supervision and overall general health and wellness of the clients they serve. If your loved one presents in any manner other than easy going and submissive I highly suggest looking into another facility that will take the time to truly assess the needs of your family member rather than make excuses and push medications to mask underlying issues.
I am a volunteer there and I absolutely LOVE it there! I love to spend time with the clients and I like to make conversation with them as well!
