I lived at Lantern Cove for 7 years. This is a great community with a wonderful team of people that work hard at maintaining this community. The walking path that runs along the community is great for running, biking or spending time with the family. It is zoned for Foster City Elementary which is an amazing school. I definitely miss calling this community home but Texas was calling my name. Thank you to Lorena, Rob and their team!
The location is amazing. The views are good and the layout of the apartments is nice. The maintenance/repair team is very friendly and they do their best. However, twice in three months our apartment has flooded due to water heaters breaking down. Three out of four water heaters in our little section have malfunctioned in the last five moths causing flooding and the washers and dryers break down frequently. (we were given a new one). Despite the downfalls the friendliness of the staff make it a very nice place to live.
I really love this beautiful community! The water views are peaceful & serene.
