I've met some of the best people I've ever known since working at Lantech. We work as a team to solve customer problems and actually have a fun time doing it. I'm proud that I get to help customers find value in our products. We also implement Lean principles throughout our company and continuously improve everything we do.
Why would you fire someone who comes to work early every day and tries hard to do what is required? If you have a good employee that just can't keep up with a fast paced line, why wouldn't you give them another opportunity in another spot? Knowing you hire people who don't even care or that quit after a couple of days. You people are foolish
