Can’t believe I have worked with and for this company for 30 years. Different on the inside than from the outside as most things are but now I get to see it all. Wanted to say thanks to an organization that has allowed me to grow and evolve into my current role and to all the great people who work both on the plant floor and in the offices. Couldn’t do it without the team work. Still loving what I do every day.
Lantech is a great place to work! The culture is amazing and fair. They give employees the opportunity to grow and move up within the company and reward hard working people. The stress level is low compared to other places I have worked in the past. My manager sincerely cares about me and my family and it makes me want to run through a brick wall for him and the company. I would recommend this place to anyone.
