Phenomenal staff and and wonderful experience! My therapist Maria was 5 Stars. I get deep tissue massages regularly due to my profession but this massage was unlike any other. She did a great job. If you’re staying at the JW Marriot this hotels spa is worth the day! Their facilities are fabulous also! Thanks for a great experience!
The couples deep tissue massages were AMAZING! I had Cris and my hubby can’t remember his lady, but said she was awesome too! The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the servers around the pool were not attentive. Took forever for them to come and ask if we needed anything. Then after our massages, we went back out to the pool to enjoy a couple more hours. We wanted more drinks and snacks. It was last call at 3:30 or something and we were in our massages at that time! I’ve always had exceptional service but Ramona’s service was beyond exceptional. Although I was late she was able to accommodate a full 50 minute massage. Her focus and attention to detail was amazing. By far this was the best massage I’ve ever had.
