It's always a nice experience as far as the spa treatment itself and things offered however there were too many people in the spa. There was no room to sit in the chairs outside the jacuzzi, inside the jacuzzi, no seats in aroma room....that was frustrating. We had appointments so we got that done and just had to go up to our room. In years past I was able to lounge around and go to each station without a problem.
