Perla made it seem like we had a high chance of renting out a property. Once we paid the application fee, there was a lack of communication during our time-sensitive move out schedule. My husband and I had to reach out first, only to receive a last-minute rejection letter and a lose of $170 in application fee.

I am a landlord and have just recently switched to Lantana Property Management from another management company. Angela is very professional. She made the transition seamless. She communicates in a courteous and professional manner. Angela and her staff are fast to respond. I would recommend their service anytime.

Don’t trust this company and especially Perla she’s the biggest lier and can’t do her job right and her Communication skills is zero because she texted us to go pick up the check so I drove about 15miles to get to her and I had to leave work because her smart ass couldn’t send the 1k check for the remaining of are deposit money after fighting for it about 2 months and finally I went to get it she pulled another excuse that the check is not ready and I’m really upset for wasting my time

I am eager to move out of this property. I truly enjoyed living here prior to the change in management, but my current experience has been very disappointing. The property manager’s tone and communication have been unprofessional, which I cannot tolerate. Because of this, I am now considering moving out earlier than planned to alleviate the tension on both sides. Based on my experience, I would not recommend renting here and suggest seeking a different management company.
