I contacted the number for Lantana listed in a Zillow posting to schedule a viewing of a rental property. They told me I had to contact a 2nd party who took my income information etc. and scheduled the viewing but told me a 3rd person would contact me and be the one to actually show the property. I showed up at the scheduled time and nobody was there. Texted the 2nd party and they couldn’t get a hold of Jose Garcia (3rd party) and suggested I call him myself. I have been a renter with Lantana for almost 1 year. Every time I contact them, they get back to me quickly and efficiently and take care of whatever I need. Valeria is always very kind and professional. I would definitely recommend renting with Lantana if you have the opportunity :)

Renters be aware this company does not work on a first come first serve basis. They charge everyone that applies and choose the best one. Don’t bother applying if you’re not the “perfect” applicant.

Perla made it seem like we had a high chance of renting out a property. Once we paid the application fee, there was a lack of communication during our time-sensitive move out schedule. My husband and I had to reach out first, only to receive a last-minute rejection letter and a lose of $170 in application fee.
