As a renter, my experience with Lantana Property Management has been excellent. Their communication on all levels has been within 24 hours. My work orders get addressed quickly and I have not one complaint on the vendors they use for repairs. It has been a wonderful 2 years having Lantana as my team.
I truly can't complain.... At first it was like getting teeth pulled to get things done when the property changed hands... but after a year. I can say Val has been working with me in spite of my anger issues. I truly appreciate her.
Absolutely excellent! Berenice at the front desk has been nothing but a pleasure to work with! She went above and beyond to fix some issues as I was switching over property management companies! She was very helpful and I’m thankful that they take care of there tenants and have understanding and caring employees too! Thank you Berenice!!
