Don’t trust this company and especially Perla she’s the biggest lier and can’t do her job right and her Communication skills is zero because she texted us to go pick up the check so I drove about 15miles to get to her and I had to leave work because her smart ass couldn’t send the 1k check for the remaining of are deposit money after fighting for it about 2 months and finally I went to get it she pulled another excuse that the check is not ready and I’m really upset for wasting my time
I am eager to move out of this property. I truly enjoyed living here prior to the change in management, but my current experience has been very disappointing. The property manager’s tone and communication have been unprofessional, which I cannot tolerate. Because of this, I am now considering moving out earlier than planned to alleviate the tension on both sides. Based on my experience, I would not recommend renting here and suggest seeking a different management company.
Great management. As renters we found them to be responsive, thorough and caring. Carolina did an excellent job of upholding high standards
Angela was an absolute pleasure to work with. She responded quickly when we had an issue come up with the home we decided to rent and wasted no time in sending someone out to take care of it. Her communication was excellent throughout the entire process. We really appreciated her professionalism and kindness.
