Well, I don't know why these folks had a problem, I've been their patient for thirty years and have always been treated right and he's always taken good care of my dental problems, my whole family goes to them.
Called for insurance verification and was told it was accepted. Waited one month for appointment. After filling out medical record was told insurance was NOT accepted! Could not get any answer as to why I was given wrong information. No regret or sorrow expressed by the staff.
