Very friendly, quick, and very knowledgeable. They remembered me from the week before for the same thing, and took great care of me!
Came in to get checked out and they were so helpful and quick with getting me in. Everyone was very informative and sympathetic to my visit. I would definitely come back here (hopefully not needing to anytime soon)

Went to Lansing Urgent Care West Side Clinic on 4440 W. Saginaw to get rid of this flu crud. Everyone was very helpful. Even though I feel crappy they all went out of their way to make me feel better!
When I was there I got excellent care. They where very professional and thorough. My nurse was Katie and she was very polite and helpful. I would recommend it to any of my family or friend in need of medical or Occ med services.
