From registering online to the end of my visit was the best. Great customer service, didn’t rush me, listened. A+
I visited the Westside Urgent Care today and was totally amazed by the wonderful service and care I received. The wait was short and the doctor (Jill) was patient, pleasant and thorough. I hope I do not get sick ever again, but if I do, I will absolutely visit the Westside Urgent Care.

RecommendedToday I went with a friend to the West-Side Urgent care, I just wanted to let management know that the visit was really soothing. We didn’t feel like an outsider at the location, nor did we feel rushed…. we felt very welcomed by the amazing staff. This visit was better then going to the local primary doctor aka Sparrow hospital because that what everyone treats it like. Again, the staff was awesome, the visit was efficient and clean. Thanks again!

Jolly rd Lansing urgent care is my go to place! Always fast and friendly and the facility is extremely clean!
After suffering several days, I finally broke down and saw a doctor. The PA Sara was so nice. She was fast but through and has a great bed side manner. Ellen took me back and she also was very kind. The building was so clean and the staff actually seemed like they enjoy their jobs. Such a nice change from other urgent Cares I've been to. Thank you to the staff for getting me in and out so quickly so I can get on the road to recovery �
