RecommendedThe staff is kind and professional. Reasonable waiting times (maybe 10 min). Clean rooms and waiting area. I’ve never felt “rushed,” the exams and diagnoses are thorough. I’ve also been to Sparrow Urgent Care for treatment, but I strongly prefer Lansing Urgent Care.
I love this location. The staff are always so friendly and they do a great job of getting us in and out. They are the first place I recommend to friends and family too!
