I took my son to an urgent care in jolly for an injury to his face. they "glued" it and used stereo strips. however it was not closed correctly. I called the one on jolly Rd in Lansing and they asked to see him again. I didn't make it before they closed. so I was advised to head to frandor I was told 10 minutes to get in because we were fixing something that wasn't done right! here we are a WHOLE hour later finally just getting back to a room with no doctor in site!!!!
RecommendedTonight was my second time that I have drove an hour to this urgent care as I live in Grand Rapids and there are no urgent care facilities open 24/7. This place is great! I was in and out in less than an hour, the provider was friendly and thorough and every other staff member I interacted with was great too. It stinks to have to travel so far in the middle of the night, but knowing that I will get the best care possible at Lansing urgent care makes it much easier. Thanks again!
I have never had a better experience at a medical facility then the one I had today... Onisha the young lady checked me in, she was professional polite and courteous. she has a smile that is bright and pleasant I felt very comfortable speaking with her. the service was fast and friendly I think I could have been treated better. thank you Onisha at the Southside urgent care!
They have always been great but tonight during this pandemic with my medically fragile baby they really took care of us! Beyond Grateful!
Onisha at south checked me in she was already making sure everything was sanatized and clean , she was very nice and helped me with filling out paper work . Also had a couple laughs . I'll defintley be back to this location i felt very comfortable and welcome!

Onisha checked me in and was super nice and friendly, this was my first time at a lansing urgent care and she made a very good first impression, first impressions are everything ESPECIALLY in a time like this, thank you lansing urgent care and thank you Onisha!
Took my daughter to the south side location today got checked in by Onisha and she was very fast and friendly.
