The policy for cancellation here is, apparently, extremely rigid and requires writing a letter to the board to have the policy waived based on circumstance, which may or may not happen. Since we're talking about a therapists office, this seems a little like an intentional "We know that a lot of folks won't want to do this" barrier. I had a counselor for years and I loved her however since I've been having issues at my job my counselor decided to bring her political view to the session and went off on Gerymandering/ Pro- Trump issues I was extremely disappointed in the care I received during this visit and felt it was very unprofessional to bring up her views during a session. Lansing Pyschological Associates defended the counselors decision to talk about this.
The counselors are great but the office staff is not.
I can not even begin to explain how much Wendy has helped me with the loss of my brother and most recently my Mother over the last 15 months. Highly recommend and wouldn’t even think about going anywhere else.
Mack and mark are my lifeline to world of reality.
