Great hours and awesome Nurseline My husband started with LPA as an infant through 19 years old. We started again with our kids- ages 13 and 8. We love the hours, the care, the immunization plans, the ill child visits, the Saturday hours and the Nurseline. Nurse Jan was loved, Nurses Lori are awesome, and each of the front desk staff are helpful. Drs. T, Josh and Dusty are really knowledgeable and it is nice we have so many specialties on hand to help when needed. I believe that those posts that deal with the rating for this... read more
I don't understand.... Why would a pediatric office only take newborn babies... the receptionist told me that if I had a newborn and my baby had siblings (who were older) they could take them. Just not older babies in general. Very unfair.
The Best I have a son who has seizures, RSV, pnumonia...you name it. I would never trust anyone else with his care. The doctors and nurses are fantastic and caring...so great. I have NEVER been turned away for a sick call - nurses remember us (we've been there A LOT) return calls after hours, make follow up calls. My kids actually like and want to see Dr. T! We drive 50 minutes just to stay with this practice after we moved.
Don't review if you've never been.... It's funny. The only complaints on this are about the fact that they won't take new patients except those right out of the hospital. This is their policy and they are entitled to make it and follow it. I don't think many realize how busy this office is and how many patients they have. Either way, I think the reviews should be based on the care they give their patients and those who have never received care from them shouldn't be leaving reviews. Very disappointed I was very disappointed in Lansing Pediatric Associates. I attempted to take my son there, as they came highly recommended and his current pediatrician dropped his insurance. However, they would not see him because he had already been seen by another practice. I find it very sad that they are more concerned with their rules than they are with the well being of an infant. Lansing Pediatrics Assoc I have been going to Lansing Peds for almost tens years. I became a new patient when my son's doctor left his practice to go to the hospital physican. My son was almost a year and had some major health problems with RSV. The service and staff has been great. I can schedule a sick day appointment that day. They have a nurse line to answer questions and if they can't you can be referred to your doctor. Best Pediatric Offic I've ever visited This pediatrician office is the best I have ever known. There are many doctors and staff that work together well to meet the needs of your children. The hours of operation are friendly to parents as well as those who work. Saturday appointments are also available for sick children. The level of care and competency is tremendous. Could not recommend higher.
Wonderful and RESPONSIBLE!!!!!!!!! We absolutely LOVE these doctors and nurses!!! They always have same day and weekend appointments if our kids are sick. They always take the most care and time with our kids and others. And in answer to others posting about not accepting new ones. How many patients can a doctor take on without compromising the care of their current patients? Lansing Peds is great My daughter has been a patient of Dr. Israel's for almost 5 years and we just love him and everyone in the practice. The nurse line has been especially helpful. I have to disagree with the poster who adopted a child from China because I also adopted my daughter internationally and had no problem having her accepted as a patient at 5 months when I explained the situation. Kudos to the staff. We are thankful you are there.
