I was in for a crown prep and two surface fillings. I am always anxious about the numbing shots... this time I barely felt anything! I have had several crowns and this is the first time ever that after the crown prep I didn't have any sensitivity or pain! During the procedure, both the dentist and the assistant asked me how I was doing and if I needed to to take a break. The dentist and the assistant were very gentle. Excellent Experience!
Receptionist girls are so nice. They always welcome you by your name. Just something small but really made your day.
I switched to Elan a couple of years ago with a change in my dental insurance and couldn't be more pleased. They are responsive, caring, and the quality of service they provide meets or exceeds that of my previous provider. I have been to two of their locations (Abbot and Lake Lansing Rds) for different reasons, and I recommend them both highly.
Brianna was very friendly, made me feel comfortable, and did a great job! The front desk staff was helpful, and the COVID protocols were followed by all patients I came in contact with.
The office staff are phonemical, kind, accommodating and very friendly. Love the dental cleaning experience new person BreAnn. Great experience.
