Our building contractor used this supplier, and we had a terrible experience on multiple occasions. First, we had a picture window that, when it arrived, was so poorly constructed the frame covered almost as much area as the glass. The next time, our contractor used them for double patio doors. It took them four attempts to deliver the doors we asked for, and when the doors with the correct specs finally arrived, the quality was so poor that our contractor struggled to install them.
