Been bringing my dogs to Lansing Animal Hospital for over 40yrs. Never a bad experience. Have had my dogs groomed there as well as board when needed. Down to my last dog now but will continue to use their services. The staff is always friendly. The facility clean. Good care.
Well I went there yesterday and it just so happened to be on the office 2 hour lunch break. The girl in the office the vet tec I think really didn't seem to care that I carried my dog in his left side of his face was so swollen his eye was swollen shut. Her response was sorry no one is hear to help you you can come back at two. No concern at all as to what could have happened to my baby. It's a nice place to go if your dog is old my Dog not a year old yet it took two nurses just to clip his nails they said next time you have to put the dog to sleep to work with him no thank you He still a pup disappointed
Our family have been coming to Lansing Animal ever since i was child so probably at least 45 years and have had nothing but good experiences with all the different staff and doctor over the years. I have tried vets closer to home but just wasn't happy with other places.
