Been taking our pets here for 20 years, now that you have to make an appointment, they never have any available! Second time this happened when our pet was sick , they have no appointments for a month & said to go to another vet. Our diabetic cat was just over night at emergency, $1300 dollars later, they don’t have the time to care. Will be looking for a new vet today
The vets and entire staff have been so kind, accommodating, and supportive of me and my pet. They take the time to explain things to you, provide updates, and make sure you understand things before you leave. The whole process of having a sick pet is nerve wracking and confusing and they do their best to put your mind at ease. Kind and gentle with the animals and the owners. I am beyond done with this vet, not only the customer service is below standard also there in no sense of urgency when it comes to very ill animals. Our dog had been having seizures since late Friday, we at first believed they were muscle spasms or a pulled muscle until her symptoms became more frequent. Then after doing research realized they were minor seizures that were slowly getting worse. Long story short, after praying all Sunday our baby would make it we finally got her in Monday afternoon, we had her blood work done... read more
I took my 1st cat here while living in lansing. They took such good care of him up until he crossed the rainbow bridge. They let me sit in the room with him as long as I wanted, they did not rush me. They didn't even give me a time I had to be out by, they let me stay as long as I wanted. Even though I moved over 20 minutes away, I make the drive here because I love the doctors and staff. I currently have 2 cats now, and they both go here. The staff is so kind, and I love all the doctors. They answer all my questions. I am t... read more
I just love this vet for our Rocky and Ace. This is our first time having fur babies. And are very satisfied with the vet Dr services provided. The Dr is very nice and attentive and their groomer. DESI. Is outstanding. Our Rocky is a German Shepherd Husky. And he absolutely loves Desi. And our Ace is an Australian Shepherd. He’s younger and learning how to follow his older brother. He loves getting his baths I just love this place for my fur babies ❤️🐶❤️🐶😍
