Had a case of hyperparathyroidism. Dr. Lansford is very professional and was able to clearly inform me of everything that my surgery would entail. I'm very grateful for him.
Dr. Lansford arrived 1 hour late and spoke to me incredibly rudely. He told me the ER was wrong and so was primary and he is right. He asked me what success looked like for me and I said “no fevers from my sinus infection” and his response was “I can’t give you success you can get a fever from appendicitis”. I’m not sure if it is a lack of professionalism or kindness, but after being in the ER and feeling unwell this was incredibly disappointing. I would never send a child to see Dr. Lansford.
I saw Dr Lansford several times before he performed what turned out to be a tricky parotidectomy. He preserved the facial nerve that controls my smile and my incision will fade with time. I can only praise Dr Lansford for the care he provided.
A Great doctor that did an A PLUS surgery on my nose condition and gave me some well needed medical attention. I cannot thank him enough for the BEST quality of care he gave me and a very FRIENDLY and helpful medical staff. I HIGHLY Recommend anyone that has any ear, nose or throat issues to see Dr Lansford for yourself, he is truly the kindest and MOST authentic caring doctor. Thank you Dr Lansford for giving me a better quality of life!! God Bless You!
