If I could give them negative stars I would! Went in there with my mom who is using a walker due to have surgery. Needed compression socks and asked where they were. The guy just pointed to the wall and said they all were. Told him that some of them weren't and some specified stockings and different compression units. He said to just pick one while pointing at to wall again then proceeded to walk away. We ended up leaving and took our business else, where they actually measured and offered my mom a chair.
When my husband and I decided that I would choose the "at home" chemotherapy plan last year we didn't realize just how sick I would be. My husband was out of town and I called Pharmacist (yes...pharmacist actually answers the phone) to say I didn't feel safe to drive and come in to pick up meds for the following week so I would have to wait until husband returned home several days later to pick them up.
