I always have a great experience here. Great staff that treat you with kindness, respect, and like family. My dental hygienist is amazing. I always leave feeling like I’ve received a thorough cleaning. I can’t wait for my gum grafts next :)
Would highly recommend this office. The office staff was very kind and communicative. Dr. Iwomoto did a wonderful job on the gingevectomy. He obviously takes pride in his work and cares about the patients results. Great experience all around.
This office seems like they have a difficult time scheduling their patients accurately for appointments. Not recommend .
The office has shady practices. They billed my husband claiming they didn’t accept our insurance after originally telling him they did only to turn around and bill our insurance. Because of the insurance’s negotiated rate we overpaid and they never reached out about a refund or credit. When I called the front desk had to “investigate” only to call me back and tell me we owed them money for a canceled appointment and act like the whole conversation the day prior didn’t happen. Awesome experience for an otherwise unpleasant procedure. Dr. Iwamoto and team do an incredible job of making you feel comfortable and informed of everything from pre-op, during the procedure (mine was gum graft) and post-procedure. Ultimate professionalism. Highly recommend!
