The service department is the absolute worst possible group. I literally dropped my car off 8 days ago. They told me it would be done Tuesday. Tuesday comes now it is Weds and I can understand. Nobody answers the phone so I go end of day Wednesday car is not done and still never called then they say end of week. Today is Friday so I call with no response so after my 7th phone call I go.
