Extremely courteous and polite experience
Great place to buy a car or getting factory parts.
To preface: I did not buy a car here but I DID have an exceptional customer service experience. A few days ago my car overheated just before getting to the five points intersection. There was a lot of traffic and construction, so I pulled off into the first available lot to figure out next steps. I honestly had no idea I pulled into this dealerships lot! I wanted a used 2018 fully loaded Grand Cherokee, and did a internet search over 500 miles. Lansdale had the model, interior, color and addons in a Jeep I was looking for priced on the internet. I talked to Doug, we made a deal, did the trade-in and came away with an amazing Jeep Cherokee called the Summit Platinum. This is a very professional car dealer despite some of complaining one star reviews. Have been buying cars for 52 years. Thanks!
