To preface: I did not buy a car here but I DID have an exceptional customer service experience. A few days ago my car overheated just before getting to the five points intersection. I wanted a used 2018 fully loaded Grand Cherokee, and did a internet search over 500 miles. Lansdale had the model, interior, color and addons in a Jeep I was looking for priced on the internet. I talked to Doug, we made a deal, did the trade-in and came away with an amazing Jeep Cherokee called the Summit Platinum. This is a very professional car dealer despite some of complaining one star reviews. Have been buying cars for 52 years. Thanks!
After reviewing lansdale Chryslers’ website, I came across a 2022 Ram 1500 limited in Patriot Blue with the Ramboxes. This is the 5th Ram 1500 I’ve purchased as in my opinion the best pickups. In any event, I had to go see the truck in person taking the 2 hour drive from NY. Lol unexpectedly arriving actually an hour before the dealership opened.
