Update to my previous review (submitted under “Jorgie L”) — since I’m unable to reply directly. It’s convenient that your staff claims “nothing happened.” I came in yesterday around 12:20 PM and was asked to leave within a minute, despite not doing anything wrong. I can only imagine how I would’ve been treated if I had actually been a paying customer. Go ahead and ask your employees if they remember me now.
Super rude and unprofessional. I walked in today and politely asked if I could throw away my empty drink, even offering to buy another drink for the inconvenience. Instead of simply saying no, the woman (I’m assuming she was the manager, or at least one of them) told me to leave and pointed me out the door.
Customer service to very important to me. My mom, kids and I have been coming here for years and yesterday was our last day. We have been loyal to Lan's for years but what happened yesterday really upset me. Two weeks ago, my mom and I booked an appointment for ourselves, my husband and my three kiddos. Our appointment was scheduled for 11 am. Once we arrived they said hi and asked what services we needed. I announced that we all wanted pedicures and all of the girls were getting manicures as well. Just got back from another satisfying manicure at Lan's. I realized I have been going there for more than 10 years, and I wasn't the longest customer there today! The service, processes and staff are some of the best in the area. Thanks, Lan :)
