Service was top notch. Ask for John Carter. Well informed, Professional, and made the experience smooth. Gave me options for the budget, the crew in the back loaded me up and I was on my way.
This company always charges more than what they quote . Their " service man" verbally quoted us a price and we got the invoice at a higher price . I called and they gave me attitude calling me a liar because their " service man do not give quotes on site" and I just noticed other reviews, and they do . No customer satisfaction here bad attitude and bad customer service.
Invoice came in 2-3 times higher than quoted by the repairman verbally for lapping the piston without any advance notice. Lans refused to honor the quoted price and still holding my compressor piston assembly after 2 years. Ended up buying another unit with lower price than what Lans invoiced.
A fantastic place to work and offering the most reliable compressors and vacuum pumps on the market is exciting !
