Staff was friendly and explained everything clearly. They answered all my questions. Prices included all taxes when I was quoted. There were no surprise charges. The reason I put 4 stars is because it's been weeks since I bought a vehicle from them and I want to observe for couple of months to provide 5 stars. However, so far they are going beyond their service to satisfy my needs. Also I received a mug with my picture in it including chocolate and coffee! How sweet! Thanks Lanpro.
