Overpriced , dismissive, and avg. Eurocars guys deal with supercars, and they don't even charge this much.
I went in for a basic service and was immediately quoted an unreasonably high price, far above market rate. When I questioned the cost, instead of explaining or adjusting the quote, they told me to “look elsewhere” and refused to work on my car at all. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone looking for fair treatment or honest service.
Hello last week I have visited Lanpro Auto Care Centre Ltd for checking in the inspection of Brakes but as I was coming to their shop there was a issue coming in my vehicle and when I request can you inspect that issue also he refused to give me any service. I try to explain him that it is very important the vehicle is not drivable because of that issue he agreed and said the car will stay for the whole day and you will get car back tomorrow but he was very rude to us also a lot bad customer service. If anyone is looking for an HONEST dealership, LanPro Auto on Ellice is the place to you. I have a BMW that the warranty was over and a switch went on it. I called LanPro to see if they would do the repair. Matt, from LanPro said yes they would look at it but, I should contact BMW to see if they would honor the repair even though the warranty expired. I took my daughter's 2010 chevy cobalt in for repairs as the ac wasn't working. They did a great job and kept updated with the progress, also provided additional information on other problems and got approval if I wanted to go ahead. I Would definitely recommend them for all car servicing. Not just the Ac. My Daughter was happy getting her car back and have a 100% working ac unit. Thanks, Great Job.
