These guys are pretty darn honest and good at what they do. They gave a competent engine replacement to my Bobcat at a reasonable cost and backed it up okay--i.e., before 10 hours runtime on the new engine I found an oil leak. I had them address the issue and they wanted to bill me for it though they settled for splitting the cost of the trip. I thought that reasonable though I'm sure some would argue. Brought my Toro push lawnmower to have the carburetors cleaned and an overall tune-up. I was told it would be ready the next day so when I still hadn't been called 3 days later, I called and request it's status. It had already been finished and I had not been called. After I paid $115, I loaded up the mower and headed home only to discover it worked worse than when I had delivered it. It had VERY low power and was sputtering and backfiring.
