Have never experienced at a nail salon someone trying to peel off my gel polish off with there fingers. First and last time here.
I called and asked over the phone if they did hard gel manicures. The owner who spoke to me on the phone said yes and I made my appointment for a Saturday. When I went in, there was no one there. The lady who did my nails did not know what she was doing whatsoever. What I received was not what I asked for. I tried telling her multiple times and she continued to try to “fix” them but made my nails worse. I asked to speak to the owner Lanni who was in the back.
