Last sat. Was there, our waiter was wonderful, the haddock needed more sauce and the scampis were tough and dry and the salads were wonderful and for the quality of food in compare to 5 star , rather pricey, Decor of restrooms have not changed for years also decor overall could be more inviting.
Asked to Leave – I recently took my mother out to her pick--Lanning's. She did not make a reservation so I called on the way. I was told that there was a spot available in the piano room which is near the bar. I indicated that I would prefer to be in the main dining room. It was mom's birthday and I wanted it to be special for her. We arrived and I was told a table opened in the dining room. We sat ordered appetizers, dinner, dessert and coffee. redalexandria123 – Who, in the heck goes to this place?? After a friend of mine and his wife invited us to go to Lannings one evening, we finally agreed. Our reservations were for 8:00 and we were finally seated at 9:20. Not even an apology by a seemingly uncaring waitress. We finally got to place our orders and they finally arrived at about 10:30.
