This company manages the River Park Apts. in Waco, TX, which is supposed to be a seniors complex. (You'd never know it by all the kids being raised by their grandparents, and teens wandering around.) They recently fired a great manager (Felicia) who actually enforced the rules. Kameisha A. Ross is the property manager at this senior community, she bullies the residents, steals their rent money, and refuses to make repairs or answer the phone. The elderly should not be harassed and threatened, but this happens to them almost daily by the property manager. She uses fear and intimidation to control them, so that she can continue to pocket money and sleep with residents. Many incidents have occurred and went undocumented.
