I visisted here yesterday due to having possible strep. I had just left Longstreet with my 2very young boys. Dr. Herzog reffered me for myself to LUC. I dont have insurance as i took a new position at another job and it hasnt kicked in. I was still able to be seen at an affordable rate! My visit from the front desk through my entire appointment i recieved the best customer service. I went in on the 25th of June for a ringing I had in my ear. I saw Dr.Perry and he looked in my ear and said it was swollen and it was putting pressure on my acoustic nerve causing the ringing. He gave me a steroid shot and it helped. I did have to get on antibiotics from another urgent care (it was just closer to my work) as the ringing didn't go away. Every one was very polite and professional!
Dr Perry Is the best very helpful! He goes above and beyond to find out what is wrong! Wish he could be my PCP.
After searching and being so upset my insurance was cancelled and not being able to afford any place, this place was the only place I could afford within the Gainesville/Oakwood area! The front desk was helpful and friendly and the doctor didn't just shoo me away he tried every test and said I wouldn't leave until he figured out what was wrong! Not going any place else anymore! Thank you guys for being so sweet! OH and I got to play with the dog they have to calm my nerves! 💛
Went for our 2nd time today with my oldest son! From the minute we walked in, we were greeted with a smile and the nurse and doctor were both awesome as well. We loved the therapy dogs too....such a wonderful idea! This will definitely be our go to for urgent care!
I am so thankful to find that Lanier Urgent Care has an x-ray machine AND Doctors that can read the results there onsite. We are so thankful to find out her foot is not broken. Thank you, Dr. Perry!
It was a great experience since I am from Alabama and was in a lot of pain and they were very compassionate and extremely concerned. Thanks for taking care of me and having great bed side manners.
