I stayed there for 5 years. Never really had a issue besides they couldn’t keep a maintenance man.. i recently moved out on 1/31/21 and waited for my security deposit to only be $3.89 returned back to me. I understand the units are income based but they know it’s going to have some wear and tear (mind you the repairs was always cheap so they could over charge). Charging .50 a picture hole.
