Friendly,caring and punctual
I was taken in with virtually "no wait" when I called with an "urgent" issue. It was so pleasant to have the phone answered by a live human being instead of an automated answering system that required a bunch of numbered responses. The offices are beautifully decorated -- very home-like -- everything to immediately put you at ease: comfy furniture, coffee service, snacks, lots of the latest magazines, a play room for children. My wait time was about 5 seconds, the staff is as friendly as family, and the procedure was exactly as explained.
Debbie is the greatest hygienist. She always makes me feel like I am at home. I was irritated at my visit because I found out I had another cavity!!! This would be 2 in the past year. In the previous 11 years seeing Dr. Ashley, I never had a cavity. Dr. Ashley kept on asking what is different in what I am doing? The bottom line, dried fruit! I am going to have to give it up. I like Dr. Ashley because she gets to the "root" of the problem! She is the best.
My experience with Dr. Curington was absolutely wonderful. She and her assistant were so very attentive and thorough during my office visit to replace an old filling. I can't say enough good things about the excellent care that I received. I would highly recommend the North Atlanta Center for Cosmetic and Implant Dentistry.
