Dr. Francis has wonderful empathy for her patients. She seems knowledgeable and is extremely easy to communicate with. However there seems to be something missing in execution, perhaps the problem is with her office. In the short time I was using her as my oncologist an order was sent into radiology to scan the wrong body part, exposing me to a great deal of unnecessary radiation.
