Horrible. Dishonest when asked upfront about their fees and application process.
If you can avoid this company please do so. I’ve rented for the last 20 years and this is the worst experience I’ve had. Poor communication, long response times on maintenance requests, no sense of urgency or care for the owners property nor our concerns while living there. Lani Properties, please do better.
If I could give them a "0" I would. I'm never renting any units that this company is managing. Rented for just about 2 years a fully renovated home. Just before the 2 year mark, they wanted to do a home inspection which didn't bother us at all. Not too long after we got hit with a 60 day notice to vacate with no reason. We called in to get that reason because we didn't understand why as we did not bother for anything and always paid our rent.
