RecommendedBest experience by far!! First time buying a car and Jim Sidman was thee best sales person! If it wasn’t for him and Mr. Langway himself, I don’t think I would’ve walked with a car today. Recently bought a 2018 Highlander, we were extremely satisfied with our service and the experience that we had while making our purchase. We brought our toddler with us and they had no problem letting her come along for test drives( and letting us shuffle the car seat from car to car) they also had a play room to help keep her occupied while we waited for our paperwork to be done. I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership. I really appreciated the fact that I did not feel harassed or pressured to buy a vehicle during my first visit. Mitch allowed me to ask questions about the vehicles and helped me with the process of selecting the vehicle that better applied to my situation. Toyota of Newport has changed their name thru the years, However I have stayed a satisfied customer. What ever name they are under their service staff has always treated me as a valued family member. The sales staff is also top shelf. When I do descried to trade in my 2007 Camery I be at their door.
