I had a FABULOUS experience at Langway Nissan. When I walked in they were very busy so the young lady at the front desk helped me get someone from sales. Damien and Karry pointed out some featured on the car I was interested in and offered me company while I waited for my salesman Bob. Great dealership ,clean and great staff everybody is always nice
My daughter bought a 2013 Chevy Malibu less than a year ago. Found herself with a flat tire in 9 degree weather to find she had no spare tire. I went to langway Toyota of Newport to get a spare. I was told her car doesn’t come with a spare tire (even though there is a wheel well in the trunk for it) it comes with a can of fix a flat. Seriously. Not even an I’m sorry that happened to you but was told. Mabye if you contact Chevy directly you can get one. #badbusiness.
I had a great experience at Langway Nissan. Worked with Jim Sidman with no pressure which was much appreciated. He listened to what my needs were and after a couple of test drives, I settled on a 3 year lease for a 2018 Sentra. Picked it up yesterday and so far, so good.
Hands down best friendly service. Josh O. was great! They even have a tech. expert to explain all the tech. your new car.
I had a fantastic experience and will absolutely go back for all service work there. They were friendly and accommodating, It was so smooth I was able to leave that same day in the car I went there for and the payment I wanted!! Excellent customer service!!
I went to Langway to have my leased Camry serviced. While I was there I was just looking around at different vehicles since my lease would be up in 5 months. I met Carla Gutierrez, a Sales Associate at Langway. She was very kind and knowledgeable and not pushy at all, which I appreciated. I drove a couple of vehicles and decided to lease a 2017 Nissan Rogue! I love my new vehicle and highly recommend Carla and Langway!
Absolutely the best experience I have ever had ! The staff that work here are beyond friendly and helpful. I cannot say enough about my experience.
