Had my bike stolen while it was inside the building since the back door never locks properly. No security cameras so it was just gone.
I've lived here 6+ years. Overall, it's a not a great place to live, but I stay because rent is cheap compared to the average for Capitol Hill, and in a great neighborhood full of amenities and decent schools for my family. Building managers turn over often, and are unresponsive and unsympathetic. Maintenance and upkeep poor/cheaply done. Hallways/common spaces rarely vacuumed, debris often abandoned by maintenance crew in common areas. Front and back doors have frequent secure latch problems.
