I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. I have never seen my pets so calm at the veterinarian before. They really seem to have such a gift with animals here. I'm sure it's no surprise that my pet hates going to the vet, but what a relief to find an animal hospital that is so dedicated to making your pets experience as pleasant as possible. Was this veterinarian compassionate when your pet was sick? They were incredible. They consoled me and even gave me a hug. Has this veterinarian ever misdiagnosed your pet?
