I went in lots of pain, took me almost 6 hours to be seen and was put on a bench in the hallway with no medication despite repeatedly asking, staff were nice though.very busy hospital
Had an antibiotic reaction, and they made me wait for 2 hours just for triage. When I asked how long it would take to see a doctor, she ironically said, "you? Maybe hours to see the nurse and more hours to see a doctor." I left and decided to take my own medicine because if I was dying, I would be dead by now. I don’t think it's only the staff problem since they're short-staffed, but this needs to get better ASAP!
I had a good experience at the ER today. I was in and out in only 3 hours ( mind you, I came before a rush). The staff were friendly and I really sense that they are trying to make you feel cared for. My doctor was very good also. My only complaint was the floors weren't as clean as I think they should be for a hospital.
Easily the worst hospital anywhere in the world. It just sucks your life may end up in their hands. If you have to call an ambulance, request another ER. Unprofessional, uneducated, they don’t know what they’re doing. They discharge people unsafely. I could go on and on with every story where I almost choked as a result of malpractice, almost had a heart attack as a result of a discharge or saw them mistreat a loved one or not give potentially life saving medication. My husband was taken to LMH 2 weeks ago, by ambulance. So first, thank you to the two young ladies of the ambulance service, for their gentleness and attention to my husband. I cannot say enough good things about his treatment by doctors, nursing staff and aides during his 2 week stay. Being an elderly patient, after surgery, presents challenges, and the staff at LMH were so compassionate and attentive Many thanks! We appreciate you
