Discovered a hidden gem ! Such a unique hardware store with above & beyond customer service. They take pride in serving the community at large. Came in over the weekend with my spouse and will definitely be back. Shaq provided more beneficial bbq product knowledge than we’ve ever received.
Just had my Traeger Woodridge dropped off and I gotta say, Shaq and the guys crushed it. Super friendly, easy to deal with, and really took the time to make sure everything went smooth. You can tell Shaq actually knows what he’s talking about and cares about getting you set up right. The grill itself is a beast. Already loving the wifire feature. Being able to control it from my phone is pretty slick. Thanks again Shaq, really appreciate the great service! Mike
Not impressed. Made an online order for store pickup mid April. Order took over two weeks to complete. When I went in to pick up my order, one item was cancelled but they provided no notice prior to pick up. They were unable to provide a refund in the store and told me to call back in the morning to speak with a manager when they return. Just a hassle to deal with for a small order of 3 items. Won't be going back.
