We visited an endodontist at this dental clinic and had a very disappointing experience. Despite our dental insurance coverage, we were overcharged for the services provided. Renee, who identified herself as the office manager, refused to provide copies of all X-rays and examination reports without charging additional fees. In our experience, providing these records upon request is a routine practice followed by most dental clinics. I’m very disappointed with my experience with Dr. Hooman. I invested a significant amount of money into my implant treatment, and after everything, I still feel that my concerns were not properly resolved. There was a lot of back-and-forth, but I never felt I received a clear explanation or a fair solution. I brought my elderly mother here for new dentures and we could not be happier. The Prosthodontist specialist was patient and gentle, taking precise measurements to make sure the dentures fit perfectly. My mother says she can eat and smile comfortably again after years of struggling. The staff treated her with so much respect and kindness.
